Advice From an Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer
From: Ed Andrews III
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Dear Future Homebuyer,
My name is Ed Andrews III. I began my career as a Mortgage Loan Officer in the Dallas-Fort Worth area back in 2007. I have worked with several different lending institutions to include former subprime lender Countrywide Home Loans, large international bank JP Morgan Chase, and even more nimble local outfits like Cardinal Financial. I have originated just about every mortgage loan product there is, and pride myself on helping people achieve home-ownership.
Though I have been a producer in this industry for over a decade, my real passion is teaching. Several years into my career I was invited to teach at a First-Time Homebuyer Seminar for the Tarrant County Housing Partnership. The experience really hit home for me, and I was instantly hooked. You see, I purchased my first home before I started working in the industry. I was completely lost through much of the process. I did not have anyone take the time to educate me on my options, and what the effects of those options would be. I remember one of the first things I did after I started working in the industry was go back and read my old closing documents. We can just say that after going over those documents with a trained eye, I was not happy with what I saw.
While I appreciate the occasional invitation I receive to come speak at home-buying classes sponsored by local towns/municipalities, for the last year I have been looking for an opportunity to do more. After reaching out to different cities and non-profits I had a light-bulb moment. Why am I going through the bureaucracy of trying to work with these big organizations? Why not go to the internet and take this valuable content straight to the people?
So as hard as it may be, tear yourself away from social media. Turn off Netflix, close your email, and ignore those text messages. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to get a comprehensive education that will help you buy your first or next home with confidence. It may sound like an exaggeration now, but you will see just how real this is.
Imagine knowing exactly how to calculate your income like an underwriter, and knowing exactly how much home you can qualify for.
Imagine receiving a grant for your down payment that you never have to pay back.
Imagine being able to decipher complex mortgage pricing sheets, and being able to easily select the right loan product and interest rate for you (yes you can actually pick what interest rate you want, I will show you how)
Imagine having an experienced team of experts to audit the information on your credit report, and get derogatory items removed that are dragging down your score.
Imagine having a Power Realtor fighting to get you a home at a fair price, all while diligently protecting your interests in all areas of the contract.
That is exactly what you will receive from this webinar. That alone is worth your time, but lucky for you the real fun starts after the webinar. You will get a free one on one coaching session with me at my downtown Fort Worth location. You will get a free consultation with a credit restoration expert (if needed). You will get connected with an elite real estate agent (instead of some schmuck your friend referred you to that only sells five houses a year). Best of all you will have unlimited phone and email access to me, to ask all the questions you will come up with along the way.
To your future home,
Ed Andrews III
